This is one of the best landscapes in Canada for mountain biking. Here you can ride through all levels of forested trails and desert terrain. Wildhorse Canyon, Crawford Estates and Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park are popular in the Okanagan as are the dry sage brush covered hills surrounding Kamloops in the Thompson. Another option is to go up the chairlift and ride down the trails that wind through Silver Star Mountain and Sun Peaks Resort.
