Join the 7 Celebrations Reconnecting in the North Okanagan/Winter Carnival at the Vernon Recreation Centre and help us celebrate and reconnect to the culture in the North Okanagan. The celebration of culture will feature live performances by Kelowna Bhangra Academy, Sadok Ukrainian Dance Ensemble, North Okanagan Pipes and Drums, Juno Award Nominated The Oot n' Oots family act and interactive experiences that will allow you to discover and explore the many amazing cultures and traditions in the North Okanagan. Come and learn about some of the different cultural groups through song, dance, food, a market, and activities.
