Day 1 Armstrong

Enderby - Armstrong

Our adventure begins in the charming community of Enderby. You’re going to love the sites of the Shuswap river, and the surrounding forests and farmlands. While you’re here, be sure to take in the community atmosphere, and the local cafes before continuing your journey south to Armstrong for 14km (8.7 mi). In Armstrong, be sure to explore its rich farming history, local markets, and great sites.

Day 2 SilverStar Mountain Resort

For Day 2, drive south from Armstrong on Highway 97A until you turn onto Silver Lode and then follow to Pleasant Valley Rd. Head up the Monashee mountains until you arrive at the SilverStar Mountain Resort. Once you’ve arrived, you’ll never want to leave. No matter what season it is when you arrive, you will be greeted with breathtaking views and fresh mountain air. You can take part in some sport lessons, rent out some equipment, or dine in the nearby restaurants, food trucks, and cafes. Also be sure to look up the official website so that you can participate in special events like summer bike film contests, mountain yoga, and local art shows.

Day 3 Vernon

SilverStar Mountain Resort - Vernon

And lastly for Day 3, we will be driving southwest to Vernon. Vernon is home to many natural attractions including Kal beach and Kalamalka lake, world class hiking trails, and a bunch of local cafes and restaurants. If you would like to go for a long walk you can choose between traveling on the Okanagan rail trail offering smooth packed gravel, Polsen park with a large playground and wheelchair accessibility, or BX Ranch Dog Park with wide grassy fields and a cedar forest. You can enjoy the best of both the Kalamalka lake and Kal beach to either enjoy the day by the beach or even go paddle boarding. And whenever you get hungry, there are over a dozen different restaurants that can cater to anyone's culinary cravings.
