Sorrento

“Come for the freshness, stay for the fun”

Sorrento Villages Farmers Market was established in 2000 to achieve a few simple but meaningful goals:

  • To give those who participate in “making, baking, and growing” in the community a way to sell their quality goods.

  • To provide a place where neighbours and friends could socialize and meet every week.

  • To grow a sense of community for the people of Sorrento

  • To stimulate traffic within the downtown core area.

These ideals have fueled the passion of many volunteers, which, in turn, has promoted the turnout and success of the market. Located in the Sorrento Shoppers Plaza, this market focuses on farmers and foodies that offer an incredible array of fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, organic meats, delicious baking, as well as wine and beer. Art and crafts are also for sale by professionals who love to chat and discuss their work.

Located at 1240 Trans-Canada Hwy, Sorrento, BC, with free parking available onsite.
